Its the same as the JE version , Kaito Files will be a lot harder with the De-Boost version on so be careful, and Main Story is a little easier I guess? Also read below

The default/base dmg is 100.0(100%) and in each upgrades, it replace the base dmg instead of adding into the base dmg Notes: even though for example 90.0 is suppose to be equal to 9000%, inside the files games 100.0 is equal to 100% for some reason, I'm not a mathematician so just ignore the decimals and accept the percentage I wrote here.
1)De-Boost In Main story lvl 1 is 90.0(90%) lvl 2 is 80.0(80%) lvl 3 is 70.0(70%) lvl 4 is 60.0(60%) lvl 5 is 50.0(50%) lvl 6 is 40.0(40%)
In Kaito Files lvl 1 is 75.0(75%) lvl 2 is 50.0(50%) lvl 3 is 25.0(25%)
2)Rebalance-Boost In Main story lvl 1 is 105.0(105%) lvl 2 is 110.0(110%) lvl 3 is 115.0(115%) lvl 4 is 120.0(120%) lvl 5 is 125.0(125%) lvl 6 is 130.0(130%)
