You have most if not, all of the base games weapons and armor but you are missing the added free content from the road map. Use this wiki to help u what you are missing. I appreciate your effort btw, don't listen to the rude comments.
I put the files from the downloaded savegame in the specified folder but when i launch the game, I have either no save game whatsoever and just "New Game" or the game overwrites the save with my last cloud save instead...
I keep trying that but it doesn't work. Either it reverts to my old save or it removes the save files completely. Is this anything to do with the whole anti cheat crap? Do I have to disable that? if yes, how do i do that?

Nevermind! I found the answer! It's the "steam_autocloud.vdf" file that caused the problem. Leaving that file from my original save caused everything to work.
Can you tell me which one are you missing? Also this savegame intention is to allow you to get all the new achievements for modificators, just defeating the last boss. Having all or almost all the weapons in the game is just an addition and not the main intention of this savegame.
