Currently Luminous Bracelet is bugged, and after the initial tick of healing after 3 seconds, its timer restarts with a duration of [maximal float value] milliseconds (which is many orders of magnitude higher than the known age of our universe), effectively resulting in no further healing (but still killing the agent on returning it). This mod fixes the said bug.
