   Exactly what I was looking for! I can finally give my agents proper hair colours instead of being limited to the default ones. Thanks a bunch!

   Can you post the unreleased hairs as the default/grey versions too? There was a mod for this but was deleted quickly for some reason.

   ummm I have put this file in the basemod but for somehow this isn't working, maybe I should put this thing in other places?

      oh I just figure it out, just release the packet and then replace the folder called CustomData in LobotomyCorp_Data, then everything is fine
