I really, really like the price of silence abnormality but am dissatisfied with the mod on nexus. I tried my best to fix it here.
Credits for the original mod go to abcdcode. Despite the issues, I'm glad they created the original as without it these changes would not exist.

Changes from the original mod:
-Nerfed the weapon
-Buffed the armor
-Made the abnormality more manageable
-Fixed the observation level bug with the abnormality
-Minor English translation fixes
Overview:
-Adds abnormality "the price of silence"
-Adds EGO "Dead Silence"
EGO armor ability:
-Heals SP but deals low PALE damage when pausing
EGO weapon abilities:
-On hit, it deals bonus damage equal to (normal damage)% of the target's max HP. This ability is weak against low HP opponents but is ludicrously strong against opponents with very high HP, so choose your battles with this weapon wisely.
-Heals HP but deals low WHITE damage on each attack
EGO gift abilities:
-Makes the employee immune to the instakill effects of the price of silence
