Very Important Unpack the .rar files on your ~mods folder like this:

Little Nightmares II\Helios\Content\Paks inside of paks create a folder called ~mods copy the files there.

When you launch the game will ask you if you wish to play "Little Nightmares II or Little Nightmares II Enhanced Edition" Select the first option.
