Hey ! you mean, the achievement where you need to find every hats right ? If so, yes you will get the achievement, the only problem will be when you need to pick up the hat, i think there might be some problems : 1) It's possible that you may not see the picakble hat at all cauz the model is "invisible" 2) In reality, the mask have a size that is really really small, so it might be possible that you wouldnt be able to pick it at all because the hitbox would be too small.
Conclusion : I recommand you to get the Mailman hat at first, then install the mod to be sure that everything works correctly :) !
