Kozuka Mincho looks so fitting that I forgot this was something I modded in. I saw a video of someone's unmodded game and had such a visceral reaction.

If you have acces to the UI, can you make a mod to put the map on the left and combat UI on the right like all other game xD (and maybe a variant with smaller combat UI)
The Better UI mod already has a font included in it. I don't know how Unreal mods priority works yet, but you can MAYBE load the font mod over the better UI mod. As for mixing and matching, the game uses a single font file for almost all the UI, so I don't think you can mix within the font mod itself.
