Can´t get it to work either, installed with that mod manager, used correct language, mod activated, bot no change ingame, using "Filter Less" and "Skip Intro" Mods, they both work, but this mod not, even when it is loaded on the bottom.
try putting all the folders from archive inside 1 folder in mods folder (...\LikeADragon8\runtime\media\mods\<new_folder>\...) and enable it in mod manager
Oh thanks mate, that worked for me, just created a folder in the mods folder and put all the files in it, activated with the mod manager now it´s working, maybe this instruction should be mentioned on the page to avoid confusion^^
From what I can see right now only en(glish), ja(panese), ko(rean), zh (?) and zhs (?) are implemented, I play in italian so I would a db.elvis.it version, I don't know if it's just a matter of renaming the folder or actually modifying the file itself.

Check if the other modes collide
Try installing with SRMM
(...\LikeADragon8\runtime\media\mods\<new_folder>\...)
and enable it in mod manager
