Unfortunately, it turns out that YongYea is a miserable voice actor and singer, so the most an AI replacer can accomplish is to eliminate YongYea's voice from your hard drive. It won't change the fact that the voice acting and singing are both misguidedly-tapped-an-e-celeb-for-the-memes garbage.
i think his acting is still salvageable he just doesn't have the range or voice to match kiryu's archetype giving him Darrly's voice would most certainly help the experience tho..
wouldnt it be possible to replace some of the really bad lines with ur own recordings? theyre all running thru the same voice replacement so it would be hard to notice

Btw I did try out doing the cut-scene modding but no thanks...absolute pain in the rear end.I'm sure your capable hands can do it and punish yourself while doing it ;)

Well, currently this mod is for the Japanese audio that is replaced since the dub isn't out yet. But yeah I think making a mod to remove Yong will take a long time and a lot of effort but I think it's possible. I want to try it but I wanna do the gameplay audio first.
he voices such a minor character in persona 3 reload bruh, hate the guy all you want but is it really worth modding him out when he's voicing a side quest character who had no voice acting in the original game in the first place? He was in the kaito files too and nobody cared

Cause I'm not playing both 30+ hours of games with his soy-filled voice on my PC.
This is the reason why I'm not buying this game right now until someone makes a mod.
Although, his voice lines in this are similar to 7's
I'm sure you can port his lines from 7's files
