If it helps, I'm currently using this mod for the story mode (I saw the test is still pending) and so far everything goes smoothly, will update if there is some problem!
Oh, I never noticed that, thanks! I've just checked the battle sounds and yes - it's because I copied Majima's battle sounds onto Kiryu's, but now that I've gone through them I see it's all just punch sounds, so I've removed the file in the latest version. Now they should all just be punch sounds, same as the original haha :) Good catch!
Honestly, I wasn't planning on it, since it would require me to learn how to modify movesets and I don't have that much time currently, so we'll see, but I can't promise anything at the moment :(
Unpack the folder from the .rar archive into the "mods" folder in your game's Steam directory (<your PC>\<the drive you have your Steam games on>\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\LikeADragonGaiden\runtime\media\mods) and then run RMM :) If you don't already have a "mods" folder there, simply create one.

As for the audio files, I used foobar2000 with the vgmstream component to open the .awb files, and SonicAudioTools for unpacking and repacking the .acb files.
Whoa...then would've been a pain in the rear end for sure. I was hoping there was another answer but seems the painful route is the only way. So this mod is one heck of a labour of love with all the stuff in it.

Yeah, unfortunately it's a lot of manual labor XD That's why I haven't touched the "fighter" sound files for the time being - I saw Kiryu had over 100 voice lines and I basically closed it. Maybe in the future :") And don't even tempt me with Akiyama, I've spent almost 3 weeks learning how to mod to make this, I think I'm done for some time hahaha :D

Btw what audio tool did you use to edit the the AWB files? Both ace and eternity doesn't seem to work. Would be good if you shed some light on it :)
