   I assume you edited some game values to make this. So is it also possible to edit, say, multipliers for Hard Mode using the same method to make a Very Hard Mode?

      No. Only reinstall the game. But if the game was downloaded via Steam, then it will be enough to check the Integrity of Game Files. How to do this in more detail here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB

   cant use the NovaChrysalia launcher...it always get "the game is running"
