About this mod
Changes all cards so their dice only have one possible value each. Also changes some of the cards abilities that add to their max roll to instead just boost power. Also swapped the passives of certain characters that would have been useless without the randomness in dice.

All dice on cards were changed to have only one possible value, removing the randomness.
Cards that had abilities that allowed them to boost the max value of another die (like Retaliate) were instead replaced with just boosting the power.
Purple Tear had their passive Manipulator of Odds swapped with Eye of Death/Enervation
Olivier also had their passive The Twelve Fixers swapped with Eye of Death/Enervation
Unfortunately Boundary of Death is now boring
