What does the "my effects" means? You've added/changed something or just fixed bugged effects?

Not sure what I did wrong, but Baby Smaug, Stone Dwarf, Baby Gimli, and the Snow and River Trolls are missing from the character menu. I could not find the CHARTXT.FPK file (searching returned a "no items" result)
