Adds a second version of Mad Hatter to the game sporting his design from Batman: The Animated Series, complete with access to his axe weapon from that show!

In the DS version of LEGO Batman: The Videogame, extra versions of a few villains like Killer Moth (Alternate) and Poison Ivy (Alternate) can be found, sporting designs inspired by animated versions of the characters. Carrying on with the same naming convention, this mod adds a Mad Hatter (Alternate) character to the roster, based heavily off his design and characteristics in Batman: The Animated Series. Instead of using a pistol like usual, he instead sports his uniquely designed axe from the Animated Series, which he can swing at anyone unfortunate enough to stand in his way. Aside from that, he plays like the regular version of Mad Hatter.
