Why did you change the combat system like this? Idk maybe it would have been good in the first LoG where enemies turned much more slowly but in LoG 2 this really ruins the fighting.

More like you broke the entire combat system. Worst LoG mod ever. Your entire party gets pummeled to death in every single encounter on Hard difficulty without square dancing.
Let's settle on "they CHANGED the combat system". It's different, and maybe it's more difficult, but it's very playable. Of course you need to adapt your playing style, that seems to be the point of that mod, but you start out with a letter that describes how you might do that. It helps if you focus your first few skill points on defense, there's plenty of armor lying around on the early levels. It might also help to do your first playthrough on normal if you can't do it on hard. It's definitely not the worst LoG mod, not by far.
