Is there any chance you could tell me the ID for the Firestaff? I didn't realize I was going to need it later, so i put it down somewhere to lighten my inventory and have no idea where. Couldn't open it in the  editor to look for myself.

Hi StoonFinger, i played your mod (or we can better say i "devoured" it ^^) and i really liked it so much!!!

I made a long post on Grimrock forum and i was contacted by your "unofficial deputy" XD DonEmilio from Spain, who i initially thought was the author of the mod ahahah; thanks to him i found this pearl. We talked a lot about the mod, you really made a "work of art" for me, very good environments with a lot of details, new enemies, new musics, very nice puzzles, i liked it all!!!

If you have time read about it, it's just that i wanted you to know how much i enjoyed it!! A really, really, really "work of art".

I know this is an old "dated" game and that we have a very tiny change to see a "III" one, but this is a masterpiece of the dungeon crawler genre and i really appreciate so much people still create contents for it.

I hope to play something more from you in future, many thanks again!

    Regards
    Orace (from Italy)

High,Thanks for your good mod, but the sound of walking in the organic level is horrible, what is that ?!! What is the F...K...G "clac" at start walk... Just cut that with audacity... and recompil the mod, please.I am in the organic level and this sound is so rotten that I want to stop my play, luckily the mod is good ;)... I know you don't care (normal) but it's just to express my anger and understand how it didn't shock you during your tests.I suppose the creator of tileset is the responsable, i have write a message for that...If you want i make the sound for you (I'am the creator of Dragons in your mod and theyr sounds...)Thanks

I care. I want everyone to have the best experience possible, I didn't make those assets but I could probably fix that sound issue, I felt the same way... although that area is meant to invoke an "Ick" feeling the sound was quite bothersome... if I get more time to work on this ill add it to the list. Thanks!

Hi bobchocolat. If you can fix that annoying sound, everyone who uses meat tileset would appreciate it! I'm not the author of this asset, but I'm going to use it too. At the moment I have lowered the flesh step volume to 0.01 percent. But would like to have a "Chugging" sound)

Hi. Which asset did you get the ingots from? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Can you give me a hint, please?

Not entirely sure, I may have made them myself as I had to do with some things... it's been a very long time, I want to say they came from the Round Robin three that the community did?  There was also a mod that had something to do with crafting and they may have come from that.  I apologize I can't be more specific, it's hard to remember it all so many years later.

Okay, I parsed the dat file of your mod, found all the dds and model files and extracted the ingot I need from 2200 models. I also found icons. Can I use them in my mod, since you're not sure if you made them yourself or took them from someone else's asset?

Hello StoonFinger! Thank you for such an atmospheric mod. This inspired me and I decided to make my own! I know you used Zimber's enchantment mechanic. But he finished working on his asset. Could you share your improved enchanting mechanics? I would be very grateful to you for this and would add you to the list of people who are somehow involved in the development of my mod.

I don't think I did anything to expand upon them I just made my own items that were also part of the enchantment formula. It's relatively easy to do if I remember correctly just going into the file and copy pasting / changing parameters.

Pour la flute, il faut se servir de la phrase : " Tranquil, revealing, unique—easy, Questworthy, unheard in every theory!"
For theflute, the phrase should be used: " Tranquil, revealing, unique—easy, Questworthy, unheard in every theory!"

You need to have the magical flute and play the appropriate notes.

In this case, I believe you are talking about the rising scale... you must play the notes in ascending order.

the letters on the flute have nothing to do with the notes. What kind of increasing are we talking about?

"Climb the scale", you must play the notes in ascending order, climbing the scale from lowest to highest pitch, you must play every note once.

Hi, I passed the game, the "incomplete" ending on hard, now I'm trying to get the complete ending and all the secrets, I'm stuck in the place where supposedly you have to play the flute, I have followed the instructions to play the notes in "ascending order" (I had already thought of doing it before searching this forum) and nothing happens. I have tried to do it the other way around and nothing happens either, is there anything else to do?

I quite like the mod, but in my humble opinion that the world is so open from the beginning is quite confusing, I have not really started to enjoy it until I was more than half way through the game. I got to the enchant weapons area very late, for example, having already very good weapons that could not be enchanted and having saved all the useful items to enchant without knowing what they were for.

      Greetings!

You just play the notes in ascending order, I will double check but unless I broke something (I havent changed anything there) it should still work fine... The open nature is both a bane and a boon, I agree wholeheartedly... hope you've enjoyed!

It should be noted that I believe you have to be standing in front of the spot where the bridge appears, between the two "sphinxes"

So if you have acquired the magical flute which is necessary to get past this part, you will stand between the two sphinxes facing the pit so that if you took one more step forwards, you would fall into the pit, and instead, play on  the magical flute the notes in the following order  (from left to right, in ascending scale)

      Q... W... E... R... T... Y... U... I...

thats it, the bridge will open the sphinxes will congratulate you, just takes a second for the rocks to float up.

What am I doing wrong? The saddest thing is that it's the first thing that came to my mind and I'm in this situation xD

      SPOILER WARNINGS

I used the spell "earth call" and a bridge of rocks was created in the holes. The talking faces tell me that I have to play a quiet, easy and beautiful song with an enchanted flute to make the magical barrier of the door disappear. I have tried the melody "qwertyui" in all the boxes in this part and it doesn't work. I have discovered 40 of 47 secrets, I think there is nothing else to do in the rest of the maps, I have not seen any clue suggesting what to play with the flute, what should I do?

The mistake was mine, I thought I was talking about the first level of Tumunzarc, anyway I discovered the solution by myself, for me the most difficult puzzle of the whole game.

      SPOILER:

Regarding "Mirrodoti": Maybe you mean to open the doors with the snake symbol, you need an object that is in another level (when you find it, it will be super obvious).

Regarding the combination of tiles on the beach, I recommend you to try all the logical ways you can think of (leaving one object on each tile you want to press on), I got the right combination on the first lucky try, hahaha, then I understood why, although I found it difficult to deduce :D

I can't figure out the combination of the signs on the beach. can you help me?

I've tried every way of playing the flute and I haven't found the answer. I also used the spell to climb the rocks. I don't think I have anything else to do in this MOD
