Just finished playing through the mod, loved it! Only missing 2 secrets in the maze of madness (got the 3 in the locked out area), can I get a solution on those? thank you!

Highest of praise. The only thing that somewhat bothered me about this top tier quality mod is that I personally feel it's unnecessary to fill every quadrant of the map to the brim. It leads to some lengthy backtracking. The placement of the assets themselves makes for a very cozy ambience.

Hiya, I am playing this for a second time as its so good. The kitchen is a good idea & works well and the forge & selling old clothes etc are a very clever idea. Rather professional I'd say.
However, i cannot find out how to kill the black fog like creatures with red eyes ???? i do not have an Ethereal blade or anythig that can kill them apart from a dispel spell.
Many thanks for all your hard work.

Hi Adrageron. I eventually discovered how to kill off said enemy's, Fire blade seemed to work well.
I have now completed 22 levels, i cannot find out how to go south of Bitter hills ? i also have a power gem i cannot reach, blessing of the wind & blessing of the wood ??
Do i need the golden globe & the golden cup / challis ? or the snail & skeleton figurine for any thing ??.
Considering i have reached level 22, i have not yet found any Essences !!!!
Still..... Its a very well engineered map. Thanks for all your hard work.

First of all, from Russia with love) Secondly, thank you very much. Not a single mod in recent years has caused so many positive emotions. I really enjoyed the game. Thirdly, can you tell me how to obtain 2 secrets in the "second part" of the maze of madness? And finally, maybe I played somehow badly, but I did not get the recipe for Bane (unlike the previous version), although I discovered all the secrets except these two.
    upd: 127/127 it`s was AWESOME)

"More dosen`t mean better" This exacly sums up the whole mod. Through it has many great ideas like cooking, more complex alchemy, base bulding, shops and puzzles but locations itself are very tedious to explore. For example the underwater parts are in almost every map and in most cases it`s just looking for a ladder blindly and of course monsters and blocades will make it as much frustrating as it can be. "Open world" is a big lie because you have few locations to explore at start and then you need to explore whole location to unlock something to acess next location. The worst part is definitely the debuffs that enemies can cause. Getting blind debuff for -50 accurency for a loooong time or whole team diseased by one pack of rats or even getting curser for no experience gain is far from fun(have fun backtracing to the base to use crystal every time those thing happen or specific potions you will run out very quick OR save scum allot). Fifty percent of the locations are just boring forests with nothing special in it. Underground locations saves the day because all of them are made in unique way(like catacombs, ratling town, sewers under ruined town or mines). Some challanges are just ridicilious stuipd like fight with more then five trolls at once in cramped up space(more save scumming because no ammount of protection will save you from 50+ damage hits) or enemies spawning out ot nowhere surrounding you. You can skip those challanges but sooner or later you will have to do some of them to progress. Mod is average at best because big portion of time is spent either on backtracking avoiding hard challanges and searching for others way to progress or on save scumming every boss fights(this would be bearable if not loooong loading time). What made me abandon my playthrough the most is things like changing stones into ores or ratling suvenir you can obtain at entering city if you pay red gem - punishing player for things he can`t possibly know(I used my stones in casino because there was no information about possibity of changing them into ores) is in my opinion a (bad four letter word) move.

I really enjoy this mod- firearms are not horrible anymore, the shops are really neat, base building and mining and cooking is also cool (And made me use a Farmer for the first time, hah) - But I think I don't understand how to use the Forge. I put the Enchant Item scroll on the altar in the middle, Red Gem and a Rock on the Materials Altar and a Plate Armour on the Item altar and nothing happens. I tried using a weapon, an orb, a cloak, gloves, but it nothing happens at all. However, I did use the altars before to create a chunk of ore out of 10 rocks.

I think, you need to put more rocks (for red gem especially).

<facepalm> Damn, I'm a dummy. It worked flawlessly once I added a whole stack of rocks. Thank you very much!

Thanks for making this! When I have more time I'm surely gonna try it out and give my feedback.

It's really refreshing to see that LoG2 modding is still going! But of course it's all thanks to people like you. Thanks again!

PS. Can you tell me if this is direct sequel to the The Lost City? Or it's okay to play this one first?

Think it's too late, but If you have not played lost city it is better to start with it
