okay so i am having an issue. for one reason or another, the assassins are using double bladed green sabers. It seems to be one of the saber hilts to schematic lightsabers mod 2021. is there anyway to make them compatible?
Also i did some experimenting, and it seems the crystals gives the pikes the wrong lightsaber blades. it seems the red crystals give it a blue blade for whatever reason, and i can only guess the reason the double blades have a green blade is because the green crystals are for the red saber pikes
Is there anyway to load this mod manually without the use of the exe? Running it seemed like it mostly unpacked the files with only the itemcreate files being updated, is there a way to manually do that part?
I can get the assassin's to wield the proper pike(not double bladed) which means the files are in the game for the item, but I can't get the crafting recipe to show up.
Are you familiar with 2da editing? If yes, than you can use KotOR Tool to add new lines to your files (see mods changes.ini for proper row labels and column values).
I don't like other lightsaber colors. Well, except for cyan, but in my playthroughts it's always reserved for my own single-bladed saber I made them not upgradable because I always intended them to be a weapon for early stages of the game, before you can get normal sabers. If they will be upgradable - you'll become overpowered too early. Same reason why you can't build them before you reach level 8.
Didn't work for me. I installed it properly, no sub-folders, no errors in the installer, nothing like that. Tried the installer several times, both with and without the optional file. Also tried manual, nothing on that front. On every time I installed it I tried different benches, two different component ones, also tried a medlab one on both, even looked to the upgrade bench just in case. Nothing. Any giveitem codes? I would love to use these, I love the idea of my character using a pike.
Hello there! Giveitem codes: dm_pikesb01 - green dm_pikesb02 - blue dm_pikesb03 - red dm_pikesb04 - purple
Now let's try to find out why it didn't work for you. First of all, during the installation, did you select the main TSL folder, not the Override? Second, which game version you use (steam, GOG, retail)? If you're using steam version, do you have any mods from steam workshop?
If you have other mods from workshop installed it's indeed may be a culprit. In these case you need to install mods not to the game folder, but to the mods workshop folder. For TSLRCM it's \Steam\SteamApps\Workshop\content\208580\485537937 If it's some other mod - you'll have to find out to which folder it's installed by yourself, I can't help you here (I don't have a steam version of the game, and I don't plan to get one).
