Doesn't work, followed every instruction in the description and potential fixes from here in the comments. No conflicting TPC files present, just appears with screwed up textures. Been at it for hours now trying to get it to work but same results every time

    not worth the hassle, uninstalled

You are definetly having a mod conflict.

So there's a fairly recent activity (no surprise, I guess - it's a great mod) concerning busted textures, and I just want to stop by and share a possible culprit and a solution which may be of use to someone.

Being a conflict, it would be normally fixed by overwriting the files in question - as DarthDeadMan has already stated (so DO overwrite when installing the mod).
The thing is, along with TGA files (used in this mod), there's also TPC used by game - and those overwrite TGA in case both are present.
In other words, drop TGA all you want, if there's a TPC with the same name - it ain't going nowhere. Chances are that's what's happening.

Therefore, to resolve conflict you have to comb through Override folder and delete TPC type files with the same names that this mod uses.
Either manually or use this, courtesy of Flachzangen (just follow instructions carefully).

In my case, for example, those were PFBN01.tpc - PFBN15.tpc files (against PFBN01.tga - PFBN15.tga from this mod).
And just like that: bullshit obliterated and beauty restored.

Thanks for pointing out about TPC files, added info to installation instruction.

Textures screwed up. Black voids in parts of the robe. I installed the game with no other mods except rcm (to test), no workshop mods installed. Bummer

RCM modifies robe models, so it looks like you didn't overwrite model files when installed the mod (pfbnm.mdl, pfbnm.mdx, pmbnm.dml, pmbnm.mdx)

Is there a way to make these robes compatible with the "Bao-Dur wears Jedi Robes" mod? The way Shem originally set it up was so that it used the textures of the original robe but since this swaps to your model it doesn't work correctly.

In that mod, Bao-Dur's robe uses padawan model (PMBIM) and anything related to master model (PMBNM) including this mod should not affect it. Looks like you have some other mod conflict.

This one: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/413-tsl-prequel-robe-replacement/ ? They are fully compatible.

Mod doesnt seem to work. No steam workshop mods, and my only other mod is the Ultimate Lightsaber Mod... Every texture is messed up including the Matukai robes.

      1) Are you sure there's no Workshop mods? If you ever used them, check that you unsubscribed from all of them, and then manually delete Workshop folder (\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\485537937\).
      2) Did you installed this mod after saber mod or before? If before, try to reinstall it (overwrite conflicting files).

Dumb question... the mod seems to be conflicting with something on the robes (the texture on my game is all messed up). I don't have any other mods that change the robe texture installed. Could it be the Ultimate character overhaul that's interfering with it?

      This mod? https://www.nexusmods.com/kotor2/mods/1060?tab=files

If yes, then you need to install my mod after it and overwrite conflicting files.

I am having the same problem. I have uninstalled all my mods and then reinstalled them, leaving this one until last and allowing it to overwrite all conflicting files, but the textures on the robes are still messed up.

This mod no longer works for me. I reinstalled a clean game with no mods except for this one. Still all of the robes remain unchanged. Its weird because the inventory pictures have changed but the actual robes remain vanilla. Also the armored robes are there but they're all disfigured.
Again... 0 other mods installed. My only guess is one of the steam updates has created an issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated ;)

This usually happens when you haven't properly removed mods from Steam Workshop.
Unsubscribe from them, and manually delete Workshop folder (IIRC, \Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\) , and reinstall the mod. This should fix the problem.

It's weird because I don't remember ever using a mod from steam workshop. Anyways it worked! Really appreciate the quick response! Modders who post and/or create content and then continue to help users trouble shoot their issues years later are basically saints lol

With the new tools and porting rules it is possible, but not easy. I'm completely off-modding these days, but you may try to ask on Deadlystream.com if anyone will want to make such port.
