I am also getting a missing file error on the GoG version of the game with TSLRCM installed.
Error: Destination file "Modules\232tel.mod" does not exist at the specified location! Skipping section... • Replacing file hk50.dlg in the Modules\232TEL_dlg.erf archive... • Error: Critical error: Unable to locate file to patch, "globalcat.2da" file not found! (GEN-9)
Edit: In spite of this error, the mod seems to work just fine. I was able to look the HK-50s on Telos and activated HK-47 without a problem right after that.
Thank you for the awesome mod 😊 More HK-47 is always better.
Had a little glitch pop up when I applied the parts all at once and the quest wouldn't update (HK stayed inoperable).
No idea if this happens with everyone, but recommend applying a part and then exiting out of the menu to allow the quest to update before applying another part.
The file is placed inside 232tel.mod file as well as the dlg.erf file. The mod file works as a sort of override so it is likely the mod still works even with this skipping error. Give it a try and if not I'd appreciate any info on your TSL install so I can work to resolve the issue. 232TEL_dlg.erf is a vanilla file present in all games and should be present in everyone's modules folder so it is odd yours is not present.
Okay so i finally reached telos base and nothing new happened, i guess something went wrong with the install. I guess the problem might be that my Restored content mod is installed from the Steam workshop.
That will do it. The way Steam installs workshop mods places it in its own separate directory so there are contradictory override locations that will create issues like you described.
That is an odd thing to be happening as hk50.dlg is a vanilla file. I'm not sure why you would be missing it unless another mod has removed it for some reason. You're more than welcome to PM me the exact contents of what the installer is putting out if you would like.
To get the mod working in the meantime:
-Wait until you are about to enter the Telos Military Base, then drop hk50.dlg from this mod's download file into your KOTOR II directory's override folder, launch the game, talk to and scrap the HK-50 unit so you can get the parts, then go back into your override folder and delete hk50.dlg.
-If you don't delete it then every HK-50 unit from there on out will have messed up conversations. The reason for this is this mod's installer is set to only place the hk50.dlg file into the 232TEL module and erf files. This way it won't interact with other HK-50 encounters. The override folder takes the file present there and applies it to every instance in the game so it's important to delete this mod's hk50.dlg when you're done scrapping the HK-50 unit. Sorry if you knew all that beforehand but I wanted to make this post applicable to others who may be having this odd issue in the future.
Additionally, if you're using the Steam version of KOTOR II, you could try choosing the main KOTOR II directory as opposed to the steam workshop KOTOR II directory. If it works this way please let me know as I will need to update install instructions for Steam users.

I got an error like this, appreciate for posting this mod, even if it doesn't work.
