      The language does not matter
The mod does not change any description, just the values Upgradeable or not
That's why objects will be described as non-upgradeable but will still be at the workbench

Does it apply to other armor, or only clothing and robes?

The "Clothing" component modifies the .uti of clothing and the "Robes" component modifies the .uti of Robes.
But the "Robes more upgradeable" component modifies the .uti of all Armor Upgrades.
There is no modification on the .uti of armors.
You can choose which component to install or not.

Nevermind, disregard my comment, I just saw that it doesn't affect existing items.

This might be a stupid question. I have added other weapon mods for example, the electrostaff that isn't an upgradable item. Will this mod be able to make any weapon upgradable including modded weapons? Or does it only effect the stock items? Also is this compatible with TRCM?

    Thank you

This is not a stupid question.

Weapon properties are stored in .uti files. My mod uses TSLPatcher, which allows to modify the "UpgradeLevel" value of the .uti of the weapons contained in the Override folder. If they are not there, the .uti files contained in my mod (=the majority of the vanilla .uti of the game) are copied THEN modified by TSLPatcher.

if your mod affects an existing weapon (=an uti present in the files of my mod), install it before mine, and normally your weapon will be modded and upgradeable.

If not, you'll have to do it manually: install your mod and download K-GFF by TK102.
Use it to open the .uti of your weapon in your Override folder and replace the value of the "UpgradeLevel" line (normally at the bottom) by "2" (=melee fully upgradeable).
Make sure that the change is effective and save it. You're done !
You can now install my mod without worrying, it is completely compatible with TSLRCM ;)

I can't seem to get this to work. I fresh installed the game, installed the mod through Vortex, and started a new game and it doesn't seem to function. Am I doing something wrong?

      I don't use Vortex.
Manual download, extract the files, run tslpatcher, install the component you want. Repeat the operation for each component (you can use quicker tsl patching to speed up the process).

Seems to not be working for me. I ran the tsl installer for the robes, selected the kotor 2 game folder, and it ran and said successful. i loaded my save and nothing was different. I couldn't put overlays on my robes. What am i missing?

It does not affect the weapons and upgrades you already have in your current game. You will have to recreate them on the workbench or start a new game.

I decided to download Kotor 2 again and see if there were any new mods. You didn't disappoint, man.
