KOTOR 2 4x AI upscales for world textures

Added skyboxes that benefited. Reworked PER_Tr01 to use higher, similar assets which will result in a rewrite. Did most Dantooine floors that could benefit. Fixed scaffolding on ceiling in Telos. Lots of PLC assets which are used throughout the game.

This is the final update for this mod. Many fixes to previous textures, about 80 more upscales besides fixes. Cutscene and skybox on Coruscant.
