Is this mod legit? The um... "Description" seems... Well... Yeah.

The mod is legit. I've used it in many playthroughs. Not as crucial as the tsl restored content mod for kotor 2, but adds some nice content back to the game.

so how is it with other localizations than english? I want to use the german version (which also has voices), will this mod then add some new english text and dialogues?

    Mission Missing?

Mission is not in the under city outside of the sewers like she is supposed to be. Meaning the game cannot progress past the energy barrier that only she can open. Is she placed somewhere else? I will try and use the console to force her to spawn, which is annoying.

Does this mod affect or change the main plot line?

This mod turned Ixgil, the Duros who gets shot when you first exit the apartment on Taris, into a Bith. Why is this, and is it possible to remove this particular change. I don't understand why this mod changed Ixgil, nor do I know if it changed any other people into a different model than they should be.

I thought about this. I don't use the mod anymore. But I think Ixgil's voice lines are Bith... Maybe that's why. At the very least, it isn't Duros.

Is there a simpler way to install this?

      1. Extract the folder from the archive to a location such as the Desktop.
      2. Open the folder and run the K1R_1.2_Installer.exe found within.
      3. Click the button labeled "Install Mod".
      4. Click yes to the box that'll pop up.
      5. Find your game install folder: This is usually windows/program files x86/steam/steamapps/common/swkotor
      6. Make sure the swkotor folder is selected or else you'll get an error saying "Error! No valid game folder selected!", then install the mod.
After it is finished, click Ok, then Exit.

a note for anyone having issues utilising the installer, under the folder tslpatchdata you should see a changes.ini file, right click and hit edit, then locate "lookupgamefolder=0" delete the zero and put a one then hit save. It should look like this with out quotes "lookupgamefolder=1"

go back to the same folder and you'll see 4 more folders, Iriaz, Juh jol cloths, man airlock, and vulkars. You will find a file named changes.ini under each, repeated the step I mentioned above to each one of these folders. Once you have done this and double checked the value has indeed been saved, then go back to where the k1r_1.2_installer.exe file is and run it, start from the top down, install each one, let it run and finish, hit exit before you do it again and select the next on the list. doing this should resolve the issue regarding user defined path which you cant select your self.

It doesn't seem to work. Vortex states that I am missing a patcher, but when I try installing it, Vortex says it's invalid.

Lol you don't install mods like this with Vortex. It comes with it's own patcher in the archive along with a readme that tells you how to do everything.
