I have the Steam version of the game and when I played it with no mods, disguises dropped from the ambush group. I started a modded run with the following:
Fixed Galaxy Map & Icons High Quality Skyboxes HD Fire & Ice KoTOR Restoration 1.2 (installed before anything else) Old Republic Overhaul Ultimate Sound (Deadly Stream)
Disguises stopped dropping entirely, so I sought out this mod. I tried the 3 versions of the ambush group mod (1 disguise default, 2 disguises, 3 disguises), but none of them worked. I have not tried the Sandcrawler group. If anyone knows what might be causing an issue, that would be cool. Already moved on and took out the Sand People guarding the entrance since I had no choice.
