    I got an error loading an effect. Vort_Motion.fx. said internal compiler error.

    Everything looks dark. Like the brightness is turned all the way down. Once I unselect everything from the UI menu, it goes back to normal. Any help is appreciated.

    I'm not finding KotoRT.ini anywhere...is it supposed to be in your game folder? Is it in the list of reshade files?
