No it isn't. Chad created a new model from scratch that doesn't align with the old texture layout. this mod includes an older version of thechadsurvivor's bastila mod

Just tried it with a convo where Bastila pulls off the "saddened" stunt animations and the longer brows you've drawn do tend to go all over the shop as if someone cut the tendons in her forehead! Otherwise, when she's just in a neutral expression this retexture works very well. Better than Fens and even Dark Hope's play on vanilla I'd say.
Hi! Bastila is a beauty. Could you tell me how you made the textures display correctly? I understand that this is a neural network?! I used a sd. In my case of unpacking and packing the tga, the textures came out smeared and completely unlike the generated ones. Please help me. I really want to change the texture, not increase it.
I'm not entirely certain what you're asking. I use a combination of Ai and manual editing to make my face textures. as long as you keep the texture layout and aspect ratio the same they should work ingame
Sorry about my English. I am not a native speaker. I meant that I've seen a lot of reskins with different texture sizes. How do you get them to cover the model correctly without any kind of distortion? For example, your texture is larger than the original. I hope that at least something is clear to you from my attempt to express my thoughts in English) Thank you for your time. I really appreciate it.
I have never experienced any issue that caused texture distortion or smearing. I didn't have to do anything to avoid this problem because it has never been an issue for me. if you experience this issue I don't really have any advice for you because it isn't a problem I've had to deal with.
I think i've figured it out, i downloaded TheChadSurvivor's UHD 4K HiPoly Bastila before this, and after some testing with a brand new save and override folder it seems that that was where the issue was coming from, but just using yours stand alone seems to work just fine, i was under the impression that theirs was needed. Sorry for the mix up!

Her eye-brows are distorted when I tried this and his head model is clearly different from your outcome images. Thinner lips for one.
