Removed compatibility patch for JdNoa's Alternate Female DS Romance Ending, since it has been superseded by JC's Romance Enhancement: Dark Sacrifice for K1, which is fully compatible with my mod.
For Version A, make a player's dialogue option "typical male" available for female PCs instead of removing it.
For Version A, ensure that the custom global boolean LLK_CARTHROM is also turned off when choosing certain dialogue options that end Carth's romance.
For Version B, streamlined the edits to remove certain dialogue options, so a custom script is no longer needed for that purpose.
