Another great mod! I've added this to the guide and I can't wait to use it.
A couple of things I wanted to point out for future reference: 1) If you merely include an upscaled version of the vanilla skies in your mods I recommend not bothering as High-Quality Skyboxes II covers all the game skyboxes and goes great with your texture mods.
2) In my experience, the game engine (Both KotOR and TSL) struggles to load textures over 2K (2048x2048) as after a while you either get transparency issues or the textures go silver. This can be easily fixed by loading your save or getting out of the game and loading your save back up, but the issue will always return and be present. So while not a huge issue, by reducing textures to 2048x2048 or below this issue is completely eliminated. I can't really tell the difference between 4K and 2K in this game anyway, but maybe that's because I have a 1440p monitor.
I agree with the 4k to 2k thing. I noticed it a bunch on Tatooine. Like you said a simple reload usually fixes it but perhaps having a 2k version may be a good idea.
Seems to have issues installing on a current game. Every time I try and go to the unknown planet I get an invalid bumpmap error popping up. I'm no modder but what I have found just digging around on the internet is there is an issue with the file itself?
Hello. Great work, but i realy dont like this sky and lighting (maybe you or someone can tell me how to install all from your mod exept sky and lightings?), but you'r works is realy insane.
Hi these look incredible! I can definitely see the difference in 4k, Keep this up please! it will be the standard for playing KOTOR again in the future!. Do you plan on doing the whole game this way?
