Sure, I'll look at it this week.
      Armor 1-2-3 = 80 sec
      Speed 1-2-3 = 100 sec
      Talent 1-2-3 = 80 sec
      ?

      Done.
I have not tested it, tell me if there is any problem.
I also made available my "Modding resources" folder with the .nss files to modify and recompile.
It will be easier to tweak

If you ever want to translate and have beautiful descriptions, it's not as complicated as it sounds:

1/ Download the main file "ENG Force Buffs Duration x2" and extract the files

2/ Download the TSLpatcher by Stoffe modding tool, extract the files and launch TalkEd.exe

3/ Open append.tlk in ENG Force Buffs Duration x2\tslpatchdata

4/ Replace the ENG descriptions by yours, with modifications.

4bis/ If you ever want to copy them, the original descriptions are in dialog.tlk in the game installation directory, to be opened with TalkEd.exe too.
The StrRef corresponding to the powers are noted in the readme.txt of the mod.
      NEVER MODIFY DIALOG.TLK
NEVER HESITATE TO MAKE A BACKUP

      5/ Save append.tlk.

6/ If the durations have been modified (this is your case with the x4) Replace k_sp1_generic.ncs by yours.

7/ Technically, the mod is ready.  Just a detail, open tslpatchdata\info.rtf to change the description of TSLpatcher. Save it.

8/ Launch the TSLpatcher.exe to start the installation.
TSLpatcher will add the StrRef of the mod to the game's dialog.tlk and match these new lines in spells.2da

      9/ Enjoy

If you ever want to post it, you obviously have my permission but only if you credit and thank:
