   No idea if anybody is still actively using this but does this work for .dds files?  There's a overhaul for Taris upper city I'd like to use with smaller texture mods over it but it uses compressed .dds files and I can't find anything telling me how that fits into the .tga/.tpc framework.

      Yeah updated it to new version, so it was the same thing, took a few days for manual approval (again).
      Its available now.
      Next time I update I will make sure I dont delete the old version for the time it takes to approve the new one.
