    UPDATE (16.02.2021):
    Includes bugfixes and texture improvements, replaced some with more vanilla friendly variants. No more bright green trees and so on.

    I guess, need more VRAM than for the vanilla textures to use this mod. But how many times more VRAM need? I mean, original game was happy with 128 MB GPU... "HD textures" means... Is it use Full HD res. textures? Or 2K or 4K textures perhaps?


    And the TPC should work well with any PC hardware/any GPU as TGA version of this mod? (No idea, what TPC means here... XD :P)

    neither of this looks like your textures, it's the game textures which you haven't even upscaled properly, you just upped the resolution in whatever editing program you're using. they're still extremely low resolution textures, maybe apart from the grass texture because i made it from scratch.

      I'm sorry but are you sure it's the same texture? The only mods which were partially used in my upscales are from Curtis1973 and MadDerp both of whom are credited on the mod page. Even so most of the textures in this pack are simply vanilla assets which were upscaled through ESRGAN. Your mod is made for KOTOR2 in particular so I don't see how your grass could have maid it here but I admit that Nexus says I have downloaded your mod at some point so it's not impossible but I would need a direct comparison to be sure. It looks very similar to the one used in Curtis's mod judging from screenshots (https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/234/images/1147-4-1495030657.jpg), the blue portion of the grass at least. But if you are absolutely certain it's your texture then I own you an apology and I can either remove it completely or credit you properly, whatever you wish.

      you are given the link, takes you 30 seconds max to unpack it and look at / compare the grass textures, it's the same ones. 
      the upscale looks horrible, imo. just being honest.
      credit where due etc.

      So I looked through the files and made a comparison here. I think those are clearly not the same. Mine is just an upscale of Curtis' texture. Unless you are referring to a different grass texture but in that case I'm not sure which one exactly. Also I don't have vanilla on hands to compare and I don't really remember what it looked like. Your is obviously of higher quality since it was made from scratch. And since we are already at this point I could include it in my texture pack if you are willing and with credits of course as it would be an improvement in quality. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

    One of the blast textures in the tpc version that I used (LUN_blst02 if I'm not mistaken) seems to be broken and looks like a transparent wall area with a blast image over it. Look at the building walls on the North Beach. Replacing the file fixed the problem. I also replaced LUZ_blst01, but I'm almost certain it's the first one.

    EDIT: I've also discovered the same problem with LUN_blst02 (seen at the Temple entrance) and somewhat similar with LUN_sand02 (seen on the far end of the beach near the Rakata Enclave with lightning pylons at the entrance).

    what is the compatibility of this mod and your other planetary texture mods with the mod build for K1 (compilation)?

    Just a question about this pack; It appears to turn the birds in the sky pink? Is that normal?

    Otherwise love the work!

      Removing LUN_Birds.tga and LUN_Birds.txi reverts the birds back to vanilla and got rid of the pink coloration.

      Fixed in the latest version, didn't realise they were not pink in the vanilla.

      LOL Honestly when I first saw them on Unknown World I thought, "Oh that's a cool pink bird." But once I went to Dantooine and saw the pink birds there I had a feeling it was a bug. Thank you for the quick fixes, you are killing it!

    Hey, this mod seems to conflict with your other ones. It wants me to override 94 other elements. LUN_pgrss01.tga is the first one of them.

      You can safely override them. They are probably identical, but I suggest to override with files from newer mods.
