IMPORTANT! It seems in the latest ReShade versions (4.6.0+) some of the effects became broken in this game. I strongly advise to use earlier versions or use the full installation option instead.

What option in Reshade you tick to get such a ambient occlusion?...

Is there a way to select just the depth of field effect? I'm pretty new to reshade mods.

Edit: Never mind, I'm just dumb. For those that are like me and didn't read, you can just press "HOME" on your keyboard and select which effects you want.

This is fantastic, looks great and works seamlessly alongside my other texture mods for KOTOR.

This is awesome!!! Finally I found a way to apply ambient occlusion to this game so that it actually works and improves the look a lot!

I did turn off bloom though. Too me, the bloom made the bright colors way to bright at default gamma setting in game menu.

Thank you for sharing this nice preset :)

ps. I am actually using this preset for Kotor 2 though.

I have a weird problem where the reshade becomes all messed up after a movie plays or I alt tab. By "messed up," I mean bloom and everything else seems to become maxed out. The whole game looks horrible. Restarting the game fixes the issue and restores the reshade to its normal state. Any suggestions?

I haven't encountered this issuse, but if you say restarting the game helps maybe restarting the preset inside the game will also help.
Open reshade.ini file and change the line KeyReload=0,0,0,0 (it should be the second line in this file, right under [INPUT]) to something to your liking, for example KeyReload=35,0,0,0 for End key or KeyReload=45,0,0,0 for Insert key. You can easily google "javascript char codes" to find correct values for each key. Now try pressing the assigned key ingame when you encounter the issue, it will reload the effects, hope this helps.

I love the look of this ReShade and I installed as directed. ReShade 4.3 pops up in-game. but none of the effects seem to be working. Scroll Lock is enabling and disabling effects according to ReShade, but there is no visual change in-game at all. Looking at the log I see multiple lines that read 'single bufferred opengl contexts are not supported'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, with no effect. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Nevermind, I seem to have fixed it. I think there was some interference from one of my texture mods.

All the shaders are enabled automatically every time the game launches, you don't need to additionally press anything to activate them if you're using the full installation option. You can disable/enable them anytime by pressing Scroll Lock key. (Sorry, I've made a mistake in the description where it said Home key instead).

I'm at my wits' end. I've already uninstalled ReShade and tried your 'full installation', but even then it ends up either in a black screen or bizarre effects (bloom all over the place, dof getting crazy... I can of course "fix this" by disabling most of the options in ReShade). Are there any known problems or compatibility issues with anything?

To my knowledge there're no compatibility issues. Just be sure not to use any other injectors requiring opengl32.dll libraly.
Personally I'm using Nvidia card (gtx 1080ti) with rather old 441.08 drivers (prefer not to update drivers until they're mandatory for some game to run properly).
