This fix will work for any kind of broken texture, whether it's upside down or jumbled, and it takes less than a minute.

The only tool you'll need is something that can edit .tga files. Any image editor will do but I recommend Paint.net because it's easy to use, incredibly powerful, and simple to understand.
I also recommend setting file explorer to "Large Icon" in the view section so that you can browse textures by thumbnail.

To Fix textures:
1. Install your image editor of choice
2. Locate the texture that is inverted in-game in your override file. Most texture files have prefixed based on the planet where they're found.
Endar Spire: LHV
Yavin 4: LYV
Taris: LTS
Tatooine: LTA
Manaan: LMA
Kashyyyk: LKA
Korriban: LKA or M36
Unknown World: LUN
Star Forge: LSF
Anything Czerka on Korriban or Kashyyyk is LZA
Anything found on multiple planets like workbenches or monsters is PLC
3. Open the texture file.tga with your image editor of choice.
4. Rotate the texture 360 degrees. In paint.net press control-z, push the first slider to 180, press ok, and do it again.
5. Save and close the texture.
6. Open the game to make sure it worked!
