How to get Knights of the Temple 2 working for Windows 10.

When you want to install the game after purchasing it rightfully, you get the Starforce screen telling you to restart the computer to finish the installation. If you accept your pc will fail to start normally on Windows 10. You have to fiddle around to get your pc working again normally and on top of it, cant play the game after fixing your PC. Here i wrote down the Holy words of freeing you from the corruption, try to memorize them.
1. Install the game normally untill Starforce ask's you to restart your PC, when this messages appears say "no".
2. Update the game to the latest patch version which is Patch 1.2.44, again when starforce ask's to restart the pc say "no".
3. Get rid of the Starforce driver with the offical removal tool Starforce provides, called "SFREMOVE" found on the offical side: https://www.star-force.com/support/drivers/
4. After this removal you actually could restart your pc without fear again.
5. Use the provided files from Crusade initiated.

6. You can finally play the game as it should be.

Some recommendet settings after you got the game working:
- Limit the FPS from the game (I made 60fps limit)
Why? It can happen that you get crazy high FPS with this game like 1000 FPS, the game won't working well with this and you will get weird bugs. Limiting the FPS fixes all of the issues.
- Force vsync
Why? I got screen tearing without it, which is a bit annoying.
You can do both of this changes in the Nvidia control panel.
- Skip Intro Videos
Go into the direction of the game: KOTT2\Video and delete cauldron.wlt, playlogic.wlt and tdk.wlt
