Place the .pak file in ~mods folder, which should be in 
"EpicLibrary\KH_3\KINGDOM HEARTS III\Content\Paks\~mods" 
where the game is installed.

Black Hair and Brown Eye should now be on every Sora

Sora In Paris is the Main file. If you want to have the Black Hair and Brown Eyes just pop it into the mods folder with Sora in Paris.
(As long as it loads after Sora In Paris in the mods folder it should work. Meaning it is lower in the mods folder than Sora In Paris.
 if it doesn't the eyebrow textures don't get changed to black.) 

Sora In Paris is base file meaning if you are using one of the retexture fixes you need to have this file in your ~mods folder for it to
work propely meaning for example you'd have Sora In Paris and Sora in Paris First Form Eternal Fix both in the mods folder.
This however doesn't work for Second Form and Black and White Fix for somereason they wanted to be hard.

For the Fixes the KHIII Retexture fixes are to make sure the jacket and shirt is changed to the retexture so you must have the 
retexture already downloaded and in the ~mods folder to get everything else all credits go to those who made the retextures. 
This is just to fix KHIII jacket and Shirt going over their retextures.

For KHII Sora the forms textures will all be there. This is because KHII Sora's skin textures and clothing textures are all in one 
file so I got BlasterGrim permission to use his textures to fix the issue.
