the images with the black hair were rendered in Blender, it isn't a part of the mod. However, I'm sure there is a mod here somewhere that turns the hair black like you want.

I DO love this mod too much, but I've found a possibly bug as regards Sora's skin: it looks rough like made of fabric. It happens in all version of your mod.
That's the skin itself, it looks that way as a result of the increased resolution on the textures. Some tv's show the detail more than others so some see it differently.
