   This REALLY should've been something in the base game. As it is, Groundbreaker is kinda useless and Falling Slash is good, but unreliable because sometimes it just doesn't want to come out.

   To answer your question in description, attack data table of Falling Slash will still be apply here. So yes, my fan patch would change RV.
   
   You beat me to it on releasing this mod, I guess that's on me.
