These FX mods are spectacular! I also downloaded the original “Yozora’s Sword over Elemental Encoder” and much to my dismay, it was just a model swap. These effects are superb.
So I've been using this mod for awhile and only just recently I found a side effect in using this mod. I'm unsure if anyone else has encountered this.
What ever you do, do NOT attempt to equip this for the Yozora fight for now, doing so renders you unable to do damage with it (both physical and magic) against him (you can still use combos against him, but the only thing you'd be hitting him is with air), gives him the weapon, and instantly puts you into the 2nd phase of the fight. I do hope a fix for this comes about soon.
Are you using the alternate version or the main version of the mod? I'm aware that the weapon doesn't spawn in when fighting Yozora (IF it's your main keyblade that's equipped when starting the fight), but that can be fixed easily by just switching to another keyblade and then switching back.
I just tested both the main version and the alternate version and they work just fine. You just need to remember to make sure that Nachtflugel (Shooting Star) is not your main keyblade that's equipped. If it is, however, just switch keyblades using the d-pad when the fight starts.
As for Yozora instantly starting the second phase, that is NOT a result of my mod. Please keep in mind that Yozora has a mechanic where he can instantly start the second phase randomly at the start of the fight.
You're doing God's work with your mod and all the love that you put into the updates!
I'm just curious, why is it not possible to replace this on Ultima? Imagine how cool it would be for it to be the normal sword, then (with ultimate form) become rainbow sword keyblade steal version! But anyway, what you did is so much more than we deserve <3

As for Ultima, it technically is possible to replace it, but it would just be so much work for me to do (sound effects, hit effects, menu icons, etc).
That's not to say it's entirely out of the question, though. I just kinda wanna take a bit of a break to try and learn some other things. Unless some major issues pop up with the mod.
However, the rainbow sword that you mentioned is actually from another mod that does what you want for Ultima. So you could use that one and mine at the same time for the time being.
So, I got it to work! But, unfortunately I don't have permission from the original creator of the YoSora mod yet... But I'll upload it as an optional file as soon as I get permission from them.
I'm not sure if this is something I can do at the moment. Both of his swords (his normal one and the Stolen Keyblade one) are in the same file, and I'm still pretty new to this and seems to be something outside of my knowledge. Though I really will try to get something to work, so don't worry!
