These are from the HD version of KH1, but still had to be heavily edited. Lol I wish these existed in-game. Would have saved me the near two weeks making them, and getting them to work.
Also for your question. I believe it's a per game basis. I know Skyrim does nsfw mods. But non have been made for KH3. Most KH modders I know of disapprove these mods since it's a kids game.
