Okay, something's seriously wrong with this mod for me... For some reason, the Cyloop doesn't actually make a whirlwind or launch enemies, only two clones appear for the Heavenly Grand Slam, and Payback Missiles actually doesn't make ANY missiles. And there's nothing conflicting; I tested with nothing but this mod installed. What gives?!
