so first let me start by saying this mod is great. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into this, as you can definitely tell you were meticulous in making sure it felt like I am using Dark Riku's skillset. that said, there are just a few tweaks that I think would take this to the next level:
1) that key blade hurl that is the replacement for flash step has got to go. it's great for closing the distance, but it hard stops the flow of your combo when you are in close and just feels kind of out of place.
2) shockwave needs to actually be his attack that is the overhead strike that slams the ground. I think the new version of PE has it in the new animations for soul shift. the hurricane move is nice, but I think that would be better placed as a normal move instead of a modifier.
3) the block animation is also nice, but I feel like it should be more like Data Riku's which blocks and then he can counter with dark dive.
4) for quick hit, the overhead animation could keep but it just feels closer to the original if you did away with it.
5) Zero Firaga when using in the air is buggy, only throws out mini blasts.
6) this one is more of a preference, but the option to use soul eater instead of WTD would be a great addition.
all thing considered this mod is fantastic addition to PE, however I feel with these tweaks we may get more of a COM Riku feel which I believe most Riku fans like myself, have been certainly looking for. outside of that solid job, I am always using this mod for any of my playthroughs with Riku.
not sure if youre aware, but this mod completely breaks zero firaga, and you cant cancel guard frames with another guard or even a dodge. makes fighting the data org basically impossible
I love what you did with this! It's a very good addition to the alreadu fantastic Project Equinox. Thanks a lot for sharing it, can't wait to see what other stances you have in store! The only problem is that with the new Equinox update it doesn't keep the names for the Keyblades besides Braveheart and Way to the Dawn
After I tried to remove this mod with project equinox too play base Sora I get weird error message whenever I load a file to play base Sora again. LowlevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 3945]? It is because its incompatible with GoA and randomizer stuff, but just in case you wanna know or solve it or whatever. Anyways, very cool mod i love Dark Riku :)?
idk i didnt have that GoA ever installed. but this mod DID work for me when i first installed it. then, i disabled it then reenabled it, and it broke with that error
It is working now. How did u do that and this is incredible. How did u change the way to the dawn base combos only? Thanks for putting your effort and time into fixing this and making this great work.
