basically yes. Cheat engine is much better than any LUA Files and dont do so much Trouble. So i dont care about LUA anymore and take instead direct Cheat Tables.
is there an updated version of this mod for the 1.0.0.0 version of the exe? I am using the xdelta version of the patch and it works, but occasionally I'll be in an area where my drives would normally be disabled and after reverting I lose the ability to use drives again until I get back to an unblocked area, most noticable in the underworld and anywhere that I have a required party member in my party.
Hi! I already use luabackend to install this mod, but it's not working. If i press f2 it already say "SUCCESS: Initialization of this script was successful!" but the mod doesn't work for some reason. Anything i can do to fix this? Thanks!
yep, i use luafrontend and it also didn't work. just for info this happened with other script mods too, i also try the mushroom cheat mod and it doesn't work either
For those that cant find the patches in the loader, heres what worked for me.
Click "view" in the control bar at the top of the window Click "file name extensions" Rename the file, but add: ".xdelta" at the end of it VOILA, the patcher will now detect and access it.
"1. Open the Patcher Tool 2. Select your KH2.exe and the XDelta Patch 3. Patch your EXE files 4. Run it Done."
Except there is no xdelta patch. All the most recent file has is two files with names & no extensions, the supposed 1.0.0.2 patch only being a single KB. Bad upload possibly? Can't DL any of the previous uploads either so can't even just use LUA backend
Another thing to note, this patch would seemingly nuke edits that are done with say refixed. This isn't stated anywhere
If you use ReFixed your using already a Mod so this is not kinda my problem. I keep on vanilla for Doing Mods other mods like ReFixed are not supported and wont be.
aight, but how would one go about using the files? They have no extension & aren't picked up by the patcher. There also isn't a guide explaining what version of the patch I should be using as the 1.0 patch is about 1mb & the 1.0.2 patch is 1kb
basically first make a Backup of your exe. Then select depends on which Patch you are (1.0 or 1.0.0.2) and select EXE. No Tutorials are wrong there are already lot of tutorials how to use this. Cause KH GL have different Patches.
May you link a tutorial video? Videos on the topic I can find don't seem compatible here out of the before-mentioned concerns on file extensions, I also already tried just adding ".xdelta" file extensions to the files, and neither worked.
1. You Open the Delta Patcher 2. You selct your Kingdom Hearts 2.exe 3. You Select that Patch for your Version (1.0 or 1.0.0.2) 4. You Patch the .exe File and Replace it in Game Folder and just Run the game
For some reason the Patcher Tool won't auto detect the Patch, so I typed in the Patch file name and autofilled and that allowed the Patcher to pick up the patch and run.
ok i will gona take a look if i can remove the Checksum Check for the Patches maybe this should work for Global and JP Version of KH2. But fur safty i reuploaded the LUA Version for this mod.

Using latest Epic Store version. 1.0.0.8.
Your Intro Cutscene mod works fine and Atlantica mod too.
Edit: Heads up, I managed to get my hands on 3.3 (latest is 3.4), and the xdelta version works fine. So... yeah...
Edit: Nevermind, I got it. Any chance on allowing Antiform to gain XP, Heal and lvl up?
