I've read all 10 pages of comments and haven't found a fix. I have no mods installed affecting merchants. Every other mod i've downloaded has worked :/

wh_cheat_additem recipe_[YOUR ITEM NAME HERE]
and then add in the item name
example:
wh_cheat_addItem recipe_LegsBrigandine03_mTwitch
havent tested it if it works with the uuid's, but the manual folder will give you the item names.
