Kaedd deserves credit for quickly releasing a mod that muted the whistling during blacksmithing: https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance2/mods/393
I made a similar fix in my mod but I felt I should mention this and recommend his mod.

Changelogs
Version 1.7
Seperated my other mods, now only using GameAudio\ files. Use no whistling, spurring etc from my SA versions.
Version 1.6
all howling distance_culling="20", muted rat_scared, dog drinking lowered, several horse sounds (gallop refusal, overspurring etc) lowered, horsegear/drink set to 1, some barking lowered.
Version 1.5
included most of my mods that I run with or use for testing. Spurr & options, crouch/npc reactions, Catfights, HorseDrink/Gear, anvil_hit, No Whistling etc. I don't want to go overboard and remove immersion in the game, but it is nice with reduced bombardment of activity - especially useful for photo mode or playing around in the game.
Version 1.4
Removed foley testing for blacksmith anvil sounds (will try again later), muted more whistling sounds.
This project aims to gather and combine many mods and "fixes" to cater to those who might be bothered by some specific sounds. Look at optional files for specific edits, for the main file read below what that entails.
INSTALLATION: Simply unpack any of the files main or optional, and place the content in "..\Kingdom Come Deliverance II\Mods"
The main file is for testing a combination of edits to Libs\GameAudio\, trying not to conflict with any mods using different files. In the latest version I have seperated edits from my other mods, like no whistling or silent spurring. Get those on their mod pages. :)
