About this mod
Adds 2 new perks to the warfare tree, Pen is Mightier and Sword is Mightier. These perks are more complex than any of the vanilla perks because they allow for multiple buffs/debuffs to apply to one perk depending on the situation.

Massive perk breakthrough
In the vanilla game, each perk is linked to a single buff with a static effect. For example, the Pacifist perk gives you a buff if you don't fight for 12 hours, however, it doesn't give you a debuff while in combat, since the buff implementation is tied to the 12 hours without combat only.
With my new perk method, however, each perk can now apply multiple buffs depending on the situation. This means that a single perk can dynamically adjust its effects based on factors like combat, time of day, environment, or even specific character conditions.

Now on to the perks:
Pen is Mightier:
When NOT in combat, gain 5 speech, 3 persuasion, and 3 coercion.
However, in combat, lose 2 Warfare, weapon attacks cost 15% more stamina, and dodging costs 10% more stamina.
Sword is Mightier:
When in combat, gain 2 strength, weapon attacks cost 20% less stamina, and dodging costs 15% less stamina.
However, out of combat, lose 2 speech, gain scholarship experience at half rate, and reading books take twice as long.

Installation:
Unzip archive content into KingdomComeDeliverance2/Mods (if you don't have a Mods folder yet, create it).
Your resulting folder should look like KingdomComeDeliverance2/Mods/Mod_Name
