CHANGE LOG 1.2 - added 3 more versions: only food doesn't spoil (herbs lose potency over time for those still willing to dry herbs), x10 spoil times instead of infinite and x10 spoil times + supplies are weightless (for those who wants meaningful carry weight, but without making hoarding painful). 1.3 - added 2 "just weightless" versions:
herbs only,
more or less everything that can be considered "supplies" (food, drinks, potions, poisons, books, documents and crafting materials).
1.4 - updated all versions manifests to follow updated vortex extensions for the game. I personally don't have issues with Vortex rn, which properly renames everything where needed and adds mods to load order without modid entry, but if mod stopped worked for you, try to update it to 1.4. 1.4.1 - on request added 50% herbs weight version, in Optional Files. 1.5 - Warning! Versions in Main Files are fully modular, each cover specific items type, versions in Optional files are mixes ready to go, sort of AIOs. Feel free to mix files that don't share item types. All are PTFs and compatible with other PTF item mods. If smth doesn't work - its on other mod's side. Missed items on my side are still possible, don't hesitate to report those. 1.5.1 - food-related versions should have natively decayless food/drink restored (was 1000 days for everything). Hope this is one of final edits. 1.5.1 - added "Herbs don't spoil" version on request (1000d, with vanilla weights, affects non-dried herbs only). 1.5.2 - fixed manifests wrong version, no need to update if you are not using Vortex. 1.6 - updated manifest for patch 1.2.
its PTF, it won't affect anything beside items from base game modded and tested. so it won't help with newly added items in DLC or update, but won't break those from base game as well.
patched tree/tables file. means mod edits some entries in table file in the way it won't affect other entries in this file potentially modded by other PTF mods and won't affect newly added items/entities to this table, by updates for example.
simply saying no compatibility/merging/updating issues if things modded by file were not affected.
Hey just thought I'd let you know that the "all supplies weightless" version started causing my game to crash whenever i tried to quick save. I tested my mods one by one and the crash stopped as soon as I disabled this one. Probably something to do with the latest update? Not sure but just letting you know EDIT it might actually be because of the modlist 400 entry bug, not your mod. Sorry about that, I thought i was being helpful
When I first installed this mod everything worked fine, but now food and herbs started spoiling and are no longer weightless. The mods is still working for other materials and potions. Mod manager reports no conflicts, I don't know what to do.
you installed smth incompatible most likely, might be another mod, might be another version of this mod covering the same category. in any case, mod won't stop working all of a sudden, its your actions lead to an issue. read desc pages of mods you install.
Caites, would you make a only Food spoils x10 slower (PTF) please?
Due to the limited, or pita rather, access to our storage trunk in KCD2 as compared to KCD1 I consider it a QOL improvement to use your Herbs without Decay and Weightless (PTF) mod. I've used your Food and Herbs spoil x10 slower and weightless which is great, but in subsequent play throughs I've come to realize how easily food is acquired and don't mind the food weight, but would just like food spoilage to be slowed down a bit.
does this mod mess with the flower power perk? i remember that being a thing in the first game when removing the weight of crafting materials, it's not the end of the world but just wondered
thanks, indeed some low level poisons were in another file not covered by mod. I've added them as well as the whole <Ointment> category - perfumes, bandages and kits - to Potions & Ointments version. not tested yet, I currently don't have a proper save, unfortunately.
keys ain't covered, as well as some misc items, I don't know if that really that important to have those few items weightless, not like anyone stacks them.

Is this mod still compatible with it?
