    Do these push you to max in-game speed or do they modify the max speed? If so, can you make it a bit slower? The horse is way to fast

      You're right - it stucks
      I didnt tested this head-start feature at all
      It seems, the horse ist tooo fast for a head-start now ;)

      I'll check it and try to fix it

    Also add a learnable sketch (blacksmith recipe) for that horseshoes

    Is it somewhere sold in a game or just console add to get it?

      Access is only possible via a console command or another tool which can load items e.g. by ID or name.
