Add Devils Horseshoes and blacksmith recipe to forge them by yourself

Adds devilish horseshoes to the game
Also add a learnable sketch (blacksmith recipe) for that horseshoes
The horseshoes will speed up your horse to an unbelievable speed ;)
By the way, the horse will be equipped with maximum armor so that you can fight better from whithin the saddle.
To add the sketch or the horseshoes directly, use the console commands below in the cheat mod
Sketch:

Horseshoes:
wh_cheat_addItem 18384a50-4409-4e2f-8de0-7c51e29d15da

Installation:
Extract the downloaded zip-file to:
[Game-Dir]/Mods/{tox_devils_horseshoe}
Deistallation:
Remove the directory {tox_devils_horseshoe} from your Mods folder
