Current version 1.3 includes a new armour set (actually their sketches so you can craft them) and as a number of items have golden decorations, I created gold as a crafting material as well . Gold will be found on some chests and will be sold at Peter Mannlicher's Weaponsmith in the Main Kuttenberg Square.
As the game (vanilla) does not support crafting armour or maces, the animations used are the ones for an axe.
I initially thought of not revising the stats of the cutpurse items as other mods are already doing that. However, as the changes on these other mods were not to my liking, I decided to give it a go and also revised these items. My intent was to make these the most stealth items possible (which is the only reason to have the cutpurse items in my view). I also revised some other items like the Artemis' crossbow (better damage but still inline with what a light crossbow can do - so, it will not do as much damage as a heavy crossbow but, it will have very fast reload speed). I also revised some of the stats of the noble gambeson (5th variation - found in one of the chests in the swordsmen guild in Kuttenburg) and the quilted dark hose.
Sorry to hear. Can't help you there. I never had this issue with KCD or KCD II. However, with other games (assuming you are playing on steam), you may want to consider reinstalling the game
It wasn't your mod or anything. My first playthrough (the first month of release) was seamless and beautiful for me. Pretty much every update that warhorse has dropped since (even hotfixes) have caused more issues than they have fixed, but I know new games have kinks to workout. At least I got to play and beat the game before all of the crashing. Right now the main issue is the crashing while saving issue.
I am not currently playing the game. The big patch they put forward was pretty bad. I will be revisiting the game again (on hardcore) but probably in one month or two
Hi. Some items have higher crafting difficulty. However, I tested almost everything beforehand and believe all items can get to level 4. By the sword I assume you mean angurvadal right? I had tested this one for sure
When I reach str 25 and dex 25, the bow and arrow will still fire automatically and cannot be aimed When using potions, this is not their own attribute
Not relevant to your comment, but I noticed in your screenshot that the cloth gets sucked into a single point in the ground. If you're using the Very Low Graphics mod, or similar, and if this bothers you; try remove ca_ClothBypassSimulation = 1 from autoexec config file to make it normal.
I actually modelled the Umbrian Chain mail on the Long Hauberk. In any case, I will see if it makes sense to decrease the noise. It will not be today but soon as I plan to release a new version where I fix some of the cutpurse items as the 1.2 patch screwed them up.
Hi. I finally got around to revise the cutpurse items (as well as some other items in the game). I decided to leave the chainmail as is. The reason being that this item is already more powerful than in game similar items and, as it is to be used with armour, noise (in my view) is not a critical parameter.
Its a better adorned axe. This is the silver axe you eventually find in the Trosky region. It is supposed to be a special item but the vanilla stats were quite weak. I improved them
Your chainmail is less durable than the basic chainmail. I don't know if this was intended or not. And could you make an Italian bascinet version? That helmet is really cool
Hi. Sorry for only replying now. It was the intent as some of the items I made/revised are a little OP, so I decided to compensate in other areas like durability or required stats to be able to use these items.
The new items are in two chests, Henry's and one in Kuttenberg. Also, gold is inserted into Peter Mannlicher's inventory. As such, you may have a mod that is also altering the Kuttenberg chest or the inventory from this merchant, and thus, is in conflict with my mod. I would recommend to make sure this is the last mod in your load order to avoid the conflict
Thank you for this mod. It is amazing! My only issue is that after crafting the Pribyslavitz mace, while it appears in my inventory and is equipaple, it is invisible for me. It appears I am holding a weapon but there is no graphic.
Hi. As I already mentioned when you filed a bug report, this is not a bug. I tested it again. It must be an issue on your settings. Just so you see, here is what I have just done to test this mod again:
